Instant Digital Downloads
If you’ve ordered digital files, they’ll be available to download instantly once full payment is received
Please note that your download link will expire, so be sure to download your images as soon as possible and save in two memorable places.
Instant download is not available on re-loaded galleries, graduation galleries prior to 2025, or on orders that include printed products only.

You’re welcome to collect your order from our office in
Albany Creek (North Brisbane)
by appointment only.

After-hours and weekend collection is available for you to collect your order at your convenience.
There are no shipping charges for pick up.

How much does shipping cost?
Standard postage within Australia is $15 per order and shipped through Australia Post, Parcel Post.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Digital Files do not incur a shipping cost.
Can I collect my order instead of having it posted?
Yes. Local collection from Albany Creek, Brisbane is available by arrangement.
You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection.

Orders placed separately are generally processed independently and may not be able to be combined.
If you place multiple orders on the same day, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.
My order contains digital files and prints. When will I receive them?
Digital files are available for immediate download after payment.
Printed products are produced and shipped separately and typically arrive within 21 working days.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement where appropriate.
What if my order has not arrived?
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the delivery provider.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to make changes.
Are shipping fees refundable?
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched, unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
Yes, standard postage can be sent to PO Boxes within Australia.
Will all items in my order arrive together?
Most orders are shipped together; however, some products may be sent separately depending on production requirements.
What packaging do you use?
All photographic products are carefully packaged to help ensure they arrive safely and in excellent condition.
Most of our products are shipped in our rigid mailers are made of thick recyclable paper board, your photographs are packaged with a board and plastic protection inside the mailer.
