1. What does the centre need to provide?
To host Santa Photography, we ask that the centre provides the Santa set and Santa performer, along with promotional support on social media/centre signage.
Your Photographer manages the full operation, including staffing, photography, queue management, sales, printing and customer service.
2. How much space is required for the Santa set?
We require a minimum 6m x 5m of clear floor space for the Santa set and photography area, with additional space nearby for our sales and printing station.
3. Do you require centre staff assistance?
No. Our team manages the entire setup and daily operation, including opening and closing, queue management, photography, sales, printing and customer service.
4. Are your photographers qualified and safety compliant?
Yes. All photographers hold current Blue Cards and are experienced in working with children and families. We operate professional equipment and maintain a safe, organised setup.

Payments are processed securely on-site. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Eftpos and Cash. Customers only choose their package after viewing their images.

No bookings are required. Families can simply walk in, making the experience flexible and convenient, particularly for families with young children.
8. How long does the Santa Photography activation typically run?
We typically operate from early December until Christmas Eve. Shorter activations, including one-day events or limited-date periods, can also be arranged with centre management.
9. Do you carry insurance?
Yes. We hold current public liability insurance and can provide a certificate of currency upon request.
