CHRISTMAS IS COMING To receive your photograph order prior to Christmas please place your order and make full payment by 5pm Friday, 6th December 2024.
Orders are not processed until full payment has been received.
If paying via Direct Deposit/Bank Transfer please ensure you note your ORDER NUMBER as reference or description and send through a remittance/proof of payment to contactus@yourphotographer.com.au.
DELIVERY TIME FRAMES:
• PRINTED PHOTOGRAPHS can take up to 21 working days to be posted or ready for pickup. If picking up, we will email you when ready. Artwork products may take a little longer.
• Purchased DIGITAL FILES are ready and sent within 10 working days.
Dropbox links do have an expiry date of 6 months, please download and back up your digital files as soon as possible.
There is a $25 fee to resend any links containing ordered digital files.
OFFICE HOURS for pickups:
Due to the nature of our work, our office hours vary. Appointments are necessary.
POSTED ORDERS:
If your posted order goes uncollected from your local post office and it is returned to us, postage will need to be paid again to re-send your order to your address.
If there is a problem or damage from transit, we ask you keep the packaging it was received in and notify us via email with details and/or photographs of damage.
REFUNDS:
Refunds are not available on Digital Files once the link has been sent or the file downloaded. Refunds are not available for orders where the wrong image numbers or wrong duplicates have been ordered.
OFFICE CLOSURES:
Each year in November (last week of school for year 12's and following week) and from dates in December through to January (over the Christmas and New Year Period) the office is closed - please check your gallery, home page of the website or social media channels for specific dates. During these office closures orders are welcome to be placed, however they will not be processed and emails and phone calls won't be responded to until our return.
