WHAT TO EXPECT
CEREMONY COVERAGE
Our team photographs EVERY graduate as they cross the stage.
There is no need to register - everybody is photographed as they receive their degree from the chancellor, so don't forget to turn and smile!
ON-SITE STUDIOS
The on-site studios will be available BEFORE and AFTER your ceremony to photograph you - individually and with your guests!
Studios are open two hours before the ceremony start and close for the student briefing prior to the ceremony then re-open after the ceremony.
It does get busy after the ceremony, so we sugguest you visit the studios as soon as you have arrived on the day.

HOW TO VIEW AND ORDER YOUR PHOTOGRAPHS
ONLINE GALLERY
All photos taken at your graduation will be available to view and order online within 5 days. If you visit our on-studios you will be given a slip with your QR Code and passcode, simply scan your QR code and enter your unique passcode to access your portraits. Ceremony photos can be found in the dedicated Graduation Galleries, simply find your ceremony location and date.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
DO I NEED TO BOOK TO HAVE MY PHOTOGRAPHS TAKEN?
No, you don’t need to book ahead of time. Our studios are open from two hours before ceremony time until graduate briefing and open again after your ceremony. Simply come and see us on the day. It does get busy after the ceremony, so we definitely recommend visiting the studios prior to the ceremony to avoid longer wait times.
DOES IT COST TO HAVE MY PHOTOS TAKEN?
No, there’s no upfront fee or charge on your Graduation day to have your photos taken. Simply visit the on-studios at the Graduation and after the day, you’ll be able to view and order your photos from our online galleries. There’s no obligation to purchase and no minimum spend required.
CAN MY FAMILY AND GUESTS BE IN THE PHOTOGRAPHS?
Of course! We welcome you to bring your family and guests. We’ll capture a variety of shots with you and your loved ones, ensuring everyone gets to be part of these special memories.
HOW DO I VIEW MY PHOTOS?
All your photographs - both studio and ceremony shots, will be available to view within 5 days on our online galleries. Simply visit the gallery to browse and select the images you want to order.
