Orders are not processed until full payment has been received.
If paying via Direct Deposit/Bank Transfer please ensure you note your ORDER NUMBER as reference and send through a remittance/proof of payment to contactus@yourphotographer.com.au.

TIME FRAMES:
*Printed photograph orders can take up to 21 working days to be posted or ready for pickup. If picking up, we will email you when ready.
*Digital files are ready and sent within 10 working days.
Dropbox links do have any expiry date of 6 months, please download and back up your digital files as soon as possible.

OFFICE HOURS for pickups:
Due to the nature of our work, our office hours vary. Appointments are necessary. We will email you with times available for pickups - these times are on weekdays.

POSTED ORDERS:
If there is a problem or damage from transit, we ask you notify us then package your order in the packaging it was sent to you in and return it to sender.

REFUNDS:
Refunds are not available on Digital Files once the link/usb has been sent. Refunds are not available for orders unless there is a fault.
